JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Pre-Sale Field Manager– The FM meets with prospects (we provide and set appointments for Warm Leads based on your schedule), understands the requirements and creates a set of deliverables called a Scope of Work. The deliverables get priced out and a proposal is created in cloud based software called BuilderTrend. The proposal is typically presented to the prospect on Zoom. The FM closes the business (our typical rate is one in two to one in three). This is a commission-only based independent contractor position.


Field Manager / Exterior - typically focuses on roofing, siding, windows & doors, deck & porches, etc.

Field Manager / Interior - typically focuses on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, electrical, plumbing, drywall/painting, flooring carpentry, structural, etc.


Our go to market strategy is both for retail customers and damage claim projects (insurance related: storm, fire, flood, water damage, etc.) Knowledge of Xactimate is a big plus.


Post-sale & Operations management coordinator – highly organized and detailed, this role ensures the projects sold are implemented correctly. Requires in-house and field activities visiting job sites and suppliers. This is an independent contractor position and typically works in the 8-5 timeframe but may have requirements before or after. Occasional Saturday, but not often. Must be able to have good computer, customer, communication and management skills. This position has a fixed monthly compensation plus monetary incentives.


Construction/home improvement sales experience is required. Residential/commercial/industrial.
